

Organic waste through ITAD process utilizes thermophilic aerobic fermentation to produce effective and highly fertile organic fertilizers in the Shuyang ITAD Centre. ITAD process is a unique biotechnology, completely differs from the traditional production of organic fertilizer. The organic wastes are liquefied into a uniform of slurry, then transferred into a patent reactor for the fermentation with the specially breed and cultured thermophilic bacteria, The reaction temperature of the slurry will rise to a high thermophilic range of 75-80℃ to speed up the process as well as to kill all pathogens, and the reaction is completed within 4 days. The fermented slurry is then separated into solid and liquid parts, which then are dried, concentrated, extracted, palletized and finally turned into solid and liquid organic fertilizers.
